This Privacy Policy explains how Sunland America, Corp. (“Sunland America,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through SunlandAmerica.com and communications relating to website inquiries.

This information helps deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the Site.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information that we have not requested and do not need.

The Site is hosted through Vercel. Property submissions are processed through our website’s intake service and stored in our existing Google Sheets/AppSheet land prospect tracking system, using Google Apps Script.
Our workflow may use automated and AI-assisted tools to summarize submissions, organize information, and assist with preliminary inquiry review. Information included in an inquiry may be processed by the providers supporting those functions.
Automated summaries and preliminary assessments are not commitments to purchase, lease, approve, or develop a property.
5. When Information Is Disclosed
We do not sell lead information or provide it to developers, brokers, or other outside businesses for their own marketing or prospecting.
Information may nevertheless be processed or disclosed in these circumstances:
- Service providers: Providers supporting website hosting, data storage, inquiry management, communications, security, and automated processing.
- Legal requirements and protection: When reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, address fraud or security incidents, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
- At your direction: When you specifically request or authorize a disclosure.
Use of service providers to operate our systems is distinct from selling leads or distributing them for another business’s marketing.
6. Cookies and Browser Storage
The Site’s code does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party traffic-analytics scripts.
The Site may read browser storage used for display preferences, such as motion settings. Hosting and security services may also process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the Site.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing storage may reset preferences or affect some functionality.
External services you choose to visit, such as scheduling or social-media websites, may use their own cookies and tracking technologies.
7. Inquiry Communications
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry and communicate about the relevant property or business matter.
You may ask us to stop inquiry-related follow-up by contacting info@sunlandamerica.com or telling the team member communicating with you. We may still send communications necessary to meet legal obligations or administer an existing agreement.
The website’s general property-contact consent is not treated as enrollment in SMS marketing.
8. Retention
We have not established a single fixed retention period for all inquiry records.
Retention depends on the status of the inquiry or project, ongoing correspondence, legitimate business needs, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements. Property development discussions may extend over a substantial period.
You may request deletion using the contact details below. We will assess the request and any applicable obligations or exceptions. Some information may need to be retained for legal compliance, existing agreements, security, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask us to stop contacting you.
Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including obtaining a portable copy of information or appealing a decision concerning a privacy request.

Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not email sensitive identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate verification method with you.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any applicable reason for declining a request. To request reconsideration, reply to our response or email us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator. Delaware residents can contact the Delaware Department of Justice at privacy@delaware.gov. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable privacy law.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through website forms or ordinary email.
