1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of SunlandAmerica.com, including its content, forms, and downloadable materials (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Sunland America, Corp. (“Sunland America,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Website Information and Property Inquiries
The Site provides general information about Sunland America and energy storage development. Content is for informational purposes and is not legal, tax, investment, engineering, or other professional advice.
Submitting property information or receiving a preliminary evaluation does not create a purchase agreement, lease, option, agency relationship, or commitment to develop a project. Any transaction requires a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be brought in state courts located in Delaware or federal courts located in Delaware, where those courts have jurisdiction. You and Sunland America consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and will identify the effective date of the updated version. Changes apply prospectively. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
